Oleksandr Zinchenko has demonstrated his affection for Arsenal, his new team, by commissioning a breathtaking mural of himself at the Emirates on the wall of his personal fitness center.
Oleksandr Zinchenko, the Ukrainian football star, has given his workout space a complete makeover by turning it into a Gunners-inspired room. Emma Kenny was entrusted with the task of creating an incredible mural in Zinchenko’s gym, which required a great deal of effort and dedication to complete. The result is an impressive artwork that showcases Zinchenko’s love for Arsenal.
Zinchenko sought the assistance of artist Emma Kenny to achieve his desired outcome. It took Kenny two weeks of arduous labor, but she was able to bring the footballer’s breathtaking vision to life.
On her Instagram, she posted a remarkable video displaying the completed project while working on it with dedication. The footage showcases the Emirates Stadium in all its glory, with Zinchenko’s two massive portraits in his Arsenal jersey, shining in the bright sunshine.
In one image, he is depicted triumphantly pointing his finger, while the other showcases his name and the number 35 on his jersey. Emma shared with SunSport that Zinchenko reached out to her on Instagram to discuss the project. Despite the tight deadline of completing it before his move-in date, she rose to the occasion and created a stunning masterpiece. Emma mentioned that Zinchenko was ecstatic with her incredible work, and though it presented a considerable challenge, the outcome was incredibly gratifying.
Apart from the amazing mural, Zinchenko has also included motivating words and phrases on the walls. These include “believe”, “discipline”, “strong”, “consistency”, and “secret”. The wall also bears a message that reads “1% talent 99% hard work”.
Emma’s fantastic artwork garnered a lot of admiration on social media after she shared a video clip. A TikTok user commented that it was simply amazing while another one wished to have it in their home too, calling it awesome. A third individual was blown away by Emma’s incredible talent and praised her for the great job.
Emma proudly shared on her Instagram page that she has completed her biggest painting project yet, a 42 square meter mural featuring two portraits of one player. The project took a total of 125 hours over a span of 13 days. While feeling exhausted from the effort, Emma expressed her gratitude for being given the opportunity to take on this “beast” of a project for @zinchenko_96. The footballer, who recently joined Arsenal from Manchester City, has already made a name for himself with eight appearances in all competitions, contributing to his team’s current top spot in the Premier League. The mural, which features in Zinchenko’s gym, is equipped with state-of-the-art gear and motivational quotes, impressing fans who have seen the finished artwork. The entire process took two weeks to complete.
